The aromas of fresh flowers and plants mixed with beautiful colors can be in the perfect mood for your yoga practice. Enjoy the scenery and enjoy the moment while a few deep breaths and let all your stress leave your body.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">4. Swimming pool &#8211; water tends to have a calming effect on people. The pools are perfect for training in and out of the water. Set your next workout station to the pool and enjoy a workout of fresh air with water next to you. After the workout, a dip in the pool feels cool and refreshing. If you are a water baby, take your workout in the pool. Jumping jacks, squats, lunges and walking are all tough and impact free in the water.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">5. City View &#8211; Sometimes it&#8217;s the power of a city that can be motivating. Views of the city while working on a current movie to watch. The bustle of cars and people can your mind to work to make time seem to move at lightning speed. Enjoy the architecture of the buildings, the colors of the clothing of the people and the life energy in motion. For a view of the city, you should head to a roof or a room with windows.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Mix up is important for your interest in working order. Sometimes it is not the workout, but the environment. A simple change, even for one day may be enough to revive interest in your training and you want more. When the weather is nice, enjoy the outdoors. Take a new area each week just to make sure you keep cool.</p>

		<title>Stretching Exercises and Abdomen</title>

I&#8217;m stuck in my mother&#8217;s house in a remote area for more than a week. Where I live, I often walk around a track, hill climb, climb stairs and go to the gym. But here, the nearest gym is ten miles away. There is no sidewalk or trail nearby. Mother lives in a loft above a commercial building on a road. I&#8217;m here for a few days. I am middle-aged, and if I&#8217;m not moving my ass is known to grow exponentially in just a week.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">So, what can I do? And what can you do for you in a similar situation? A few things &#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">1. Walk. You do not have a track or on foot. Is there a ramp? Parking? A long hallway? There are sneakers and walk from one end of the house to another, if you must. Yes, it&#8217;s boring, but there are ways to make it less boring. Listen to the radio or your iPod, or even a television, and come and go at a reasonable pace over a length of time you can tolerate. Thirty minutes would be great. You could try calling a friend and talk on the phone while you walk. Time will pass before you know.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span id="more-606"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">2. Running in place. Is there a solid floor in the house? He who is not above a neighbor who will be upset if you book a little? If so, you can on your sneakers and jog in place while watching TV. Or in your headphones and jogging in place for a full-length mirror. You can use the exercises for the arm-toning. If you have some light dumbbells, even better! Loops and do arm circles as you walk.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">3. Up and down the stairs. If you live in an apartment building, a stairwell, it is a fantastic and exciting year. Showing legs, while getting the heart rate up and your blood pumping. Where my mother lives, there is only one staircase, but I&#8217;m going up and down every time, when I fixed. Fifteen to twenty minutes to an hour is a good start.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">4. Stretch and do gymnastics, lunges, yoga or Pilates. If you have access to a decent area, you can at least do some stretching and light exercise. If you do not have a rug or carpet, you can always stretching, doing push ups, lunges, and aerobic exercise, such as jumps, or try two of the best running in place. If you DO rug or mat your options are many. You can do yoga, Pilates, or any kind of floor exercises that you want, including your abs, leg lifts, and floor exercise.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">5. DANCE. One way you can get your body moving will be good, so if you do not force yourself to traditional exercises, radio or iPod at work, or play music through your computer, and only 30 minutes DANCE.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">6. JUMP rope. Very easy to pack, jumping rope is a great way to stay active in traveling to a place with limited training opportunities. It can be hard on the knees, as are good shoes that absorb some impact. Jumping rope for a long time is difficult, especially if you are not used, but you can mix it with other activities. Try jumping rope for two minutes, then walk for ten years. Jumping rope is two minutes, then instead of five. Which brings me to:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">7. Mix it all! If you have limited opportunities for several days, you can quit after two days if it&#8217;s just too boring or unhappy at the same exercise several times. That&#8217;s why I like the mixture, turning some activities that continue for at least 30-40 minutes each time. For example, after drawing sweats and sneakers instead of my mother, I walk the length of the loft, back for about five minutes. Can I go up and down the stairs of her five more minutes. I run instead of five minutes. I go back to the stairs, then walk, run, and keep doing this routine for 30 minutes. In the end, I&#8217;ll do some stretching exercises and abdomen. If I do that every day, I maintain my condition while I&#8217;m stuck in the middle of nowhere for a week or more.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">You can use some of these suggestions, even when you get home. Try them on days when there is no time to go to the gym, or you can not go outside because of bad weather. If you live in an apartment building, the stairs are great. If you live in a house, a solid floor, a music and a mirror, a makeshift gym to run it without even owning a treadmill. Be creative. No hand weights? No problem, carry a heavy book and down stairs, or carrying cans or bottles when you walk you can tone your arms at the same time.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">We all know that exercise is the key to a healthy life. Do not we? Maybe we are not! So I&#8217;ll talk a little exercise and what we seem to be missing from the hype associated with it in the media and articles on the Internet. I&#8217;m here to tell you that you have to practice, but do not get discouraged and walk away just yet. I&#8217;ll show you that you may have to exercise to your daily capacity and simply do not know.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Now we are all different in our manner and style of life. It is a fact. Take me for example. I spent the last 20 some years in a military way of life. We expected to stay in shape, as a matter fact, it is our personal responsibility. You, on the other hand, the player can not come from that background. You would be a way of life or work which requires you to stay all day or longer at a computer. There is nothing wrong with that. But are you taking time for you to stay healthy? You might be and you could not.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span id="more-607"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Still confused? Not, it&#8217;s simple. For example: your e-mail to your home? If it does not like me I bet a few blocks away in a nice little boxes on someone else in the street. Then on the way to work in your car, just drive through it. Do not stop, go to your food do the dishes, etc. Then put on your walking shoes and your coat and check the mailbox to start position. Here you have practiced. Simple huh!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Some of you may be very active and that&#8217;s fine, you&#8217;re sure to get your training and know that you make the effort. But for those of you who like me hate out of their way to their daily exercise for the suggestion above is a good example of how to get it, even if you know that you really do not. Some other examples would just take a walk with your spouse to &#8220;check&#8221; of the neighbors&#8217; house and before you know you have already traveled a few miles, but just enjoy the company.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">So you see the exercise is not the enemy is your key to a healthy life and well being itself. Now some of you read and say that enough and you&#8217;re absolutely right, in some cases. The more active a person you are, the more influence you want to participate in. The choice is still yours. So get there and have fun and be active in your life balanced.</p>
